My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious with two beds, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. However, an upgrade would be beneficial. The hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which was a great perk.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the upgraded deluxe room next to the noisy elevators was great, with perfect WIFI and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. However, the cigarette smell was off-putting. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some noise issues and limited walking-distance amenities. The car hire available onsite was convenient for us attending the New England Sports Center.

The hotel was clean and as advertised, but I was very disappointed with the breakfast bar that served runny cold eggs and hard-as-rock French toast. The so-called 'business center' only had two PCs, and one printer didn't work. Despite these issues, the room was spotless, which is the most important thing, although there was a bit of an odor when we checked in.
